  • Digital Services: Since our services are non-tangible and irrevocable, we generally do not issue refunds once the project has commenced or the service has been delivered.
  • Project Milestones: For projects divided into milestones, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable once the work has been reviewed and approved by the client.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Commencement: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase, provided that work on your project has not yet started.
  • During Development: If you wish to cancel a project after it has started, you will be responsible for paying for the hours or work completed up to the date of cancellation.
